About me.

Hi I’m Rose and I set up RJPT nearly 8 years ago. I train anyone from beginners to professional athletes looking to build upon their current exercise routine. Your wellbeing is not just how fast you can run 5km, or how much you can deadlift. It goes deeper than that and I love spending time with clients working on how we can improve your wellbeing by improving your physical and mental states. It’s important to realise that they are both complimentary and vital for longevity for training.
